Australia's top 100 companies hit 30% women on boards, now the rest?

Alleged misconduct by the management of financial corporations such as AMP is not the fault of women, says prominent business figure Kevin McCann, who believes that without strong gender diversity targets more women won't get appointed to boards. His comments come as Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) figures show for the first time women account for 30 per cent of board positions across Australia's top 100 listed companies.
